  • Term: 12-18 Months

  • Loan Amount: $75k – $1.5M for No DSCR exit, $75k-1M SFR or $2M for 2-4 unit

  • LTV: 70% max

  • LTV: 70% max

  • Refinance: Up to 65% of the As-Is Value

  • Credit score: 660 Minimum
